Warranty Info

Edgetec Systems Pty Ltd warrants all Edgetec product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase date.

This warranty is only valid when the product is installed and operated in the normal manner in accordance with the installation and operating instructions provided.

All Return Freight is the Consumer Responsibility.

The product warranty does not cover the following:

  • Fair wear and tear, negligence, misuse or abuse.
  • Incorrect installation.
  • High voltage strikes, lighting strikes or acts of nature.
  • Mechanical damage from external sources.
  • Inadequate ventilation.
  • Repairs by unauthorised persons.
  • Incorrect voltage.
  • Additions of Chemicals not in accord with Installation and Operating Instructions

Proof of Purchase: All warranty claims must be accompanied with the original purchase documents, without proof of purchase the warranty will not be considered.

To obtain warranty replacement or repair, the Pump, Spa Blower, or product should be returned to Edgetec Systems Pty Ltd.

Edgetec Systems Pty Ltd goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. No unauthorized personnel can make any warranty representation on the behalf of Edgetec Systems Pty Ltd unless with their written permission.
